Hadiqa Kiani composing ghazal for Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan

On the occasion of the maestro Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s 23rd death anniversary on August 16, Pakistan’s beloved songstress, Hadiqa Kiani shared how she had the honour of collaborating with him back in 1997. Taking to Twitter to share a prized memory, Hadiqa revealed an “accomplishment I don’t often talk about.” This accomplishment involved her having gotten the golden chance to not only compose, but also sing a ghazal for the legend that was NFAK.
