New Year's Wishes - This Could Be The Year Your Wishes Come True

Happy New Year 2021: Wishes, quotes, messages, SMS, greetings, and, images - Information News

Have you ever made New Year's resolutions, started with determination in January, and gave up completely in February? If this sounds familiar, then you are not alone. Most people decide that this year is the year they will lose weight, get in shape, or find a new relationship. In January, they join gyms and weight loss clubs, only to find that real-life soon gets in their way and the initial enthusiasm is soon forgotten.

This is you? If you're tired of this repeating pattern and want to make sure this year is the year you really change your life, read on.

I have developed a system that I have found that really works. I have developed the system for myself to use after years of failed resolutions and unfulfilled dreams. My system has worked so well that I want to share it with whoever wants it.

This is actually the core of the system: desires.

Instead of making New Year's resolutions, make New Year's wishes this year. It works much better both psychologically and in practice. Resolutions somehow feel like hard work and deprivation. Desires, on the other hand, have to do with dreams and fulfillment.

The first step in my system is to allow yourself three wishes. In pantomimes, the genie in the lamp or the fairy godmother always grants three wishes. This year you can become your own genie of the lamp. Three is a good number because it can be done. I can remember a few years in the past having a list of resolutions that were so long that I had forgotten half of them at the end of January. If I hadn't forgotten them, it seemed too overwhelming to pull off.

Take the time to decide what your wishes will be. Since only three are allowed, they have to be special. Ideally, sit in peace for about 30 minutes and really think about what is important to you. You can want almost anything. You don't have to be particularly realistic at this point. After all, it is a wish. The only rule you have to follow is that it should be something that you have some control over. For example, wishing that it did not snow in winter or that it did not rain on a particular day does not count in the process.

Once you've decided on your three wishes, write them down somewhere - in your journal, on your blog, or just on a piece of paper (be careful not to lose it). If appropriate, tell someone about them. Writing down your wishes will begin to etch them in your mind and the world. They are much more likely to happen if you do this.

The next stage is to read them at least once a day. If possible, read them out loud. I think it is very important to keep your wishes in the foreground in your mind as much as possible. Otherwise, it is easy for them to get away and forget. Don't tell anyone that you think they won't back you 100%. A negative comment from someone can be enough to shatter your dream and your wish will not come true.

Now you must do something to achieve your wish. You just have to take the first step. You do not need to know all the steps you will have to take to achieve your wishes. All you need to do is take one step at a time. I find it to be a bit like following a satellite navigation system. Deciding what your wishes will be is the same as setting destiny. So all you really need to do is take one step at a time - follow the instructions that will hopefully become clear as you go.

New Year's resolutions can seem overwhelming because it's so easy to worry about everything you need to do to achieve them. New Year's wishes will be so much fun that you won't want to give them up.
